1. Reglement Die Spiele werden gemäß den Vorschriften der 'International Football Association Board' der FIFA und der Satzung des DFB abgehalten. Der obenerwähnte Turnierveranstalter hat die erforderliche Genehmigung zur Turnieraustragung von dem D.F.B. erhalten. Bei Übersetzungsfehlern der Turnierregeln gelten die deutschen Turnierregeln. Die Turniersprache ist deutsch. Der Turnierveranstalter wird eine Turnierkommission einberufen, die für die gesamte Turnierabwicklung verantwortlich sein wird. Für die Kategorien U9, U10 + U11 bestehen zusätzliche „KleinfeldTurnierregeln Bavaria Cup.
2. Schiedsrichter Die Spiele werden von Schiedsrichtern, die dem DFB angeschlossen sind, geleitet. Mannschaften. Mannschaften die eine Genehmigung ihres Fußballbundes erhalten haben, sind zur Teilnahme an diesem Turnier berechtigt. Teamleiter. Jede Mannschaft muss von einem Teamleiter, der älter als 18 Jahre ist, begleitet werden. Dessen Name, Adresse und Geburtsdatum sind auf der Spielerliste zu erwähnen. Der Teamleiter ist für das sportlich faire Benehmen der Spieler während des Spieles und auf der Sportanlage verantwortlich. Der Teamleiter muss immer anwesend sein, wenn die Mannschaft auf dem Sportgelände ist. Kategorien/Ausnahmeregelung. Ein Spieler kann in einer Altersklasse spielen, wenn er/sie am oder nach dem 1. Januar des Jahres geboren wurde, in dem dieses Alter erreicht wird. Kontrolle Für jeden Turniertag muss der Teamleiter eine Spielerliste, auf der die Spieler mit Name/Geburtsdatum/Rückennummer aufgelistet sind, bei der Turnierleitung abgeben. Alle Spieler müssen einen Spielerpass oder Personal/Kinderausweis haben, der auf Verlangen der Turnierleitung sofort vorgelegt werden kann. Diese Dokumente werden am Turniertag von der Turnierleitung eingesammelt, wenn es erforderlich ist.
3. Rangliste Gruppenspiele. Die Gruppenplatzierung wird mit Punkten ermittelt. Die Punkte werden wie folgt zugeteilt: Sieg 3 Punkte, Unentschieden 1 Punkt und Verlust 0 Punkte. Falls mehrere Mannschaften punktgleich sind, wird die Rangliste wie folgt festgestellt: a. Tordifferenz, b. die meist erzielten Tore c. das Ergebnis der direkten Begegnung d. Elfmeterschießen Zwischenrunde. Bei Unentschieden erfolgt ein Elfmeterschießen nach den Regeln der F.I.F.A. Elfmeterschießen können auf einem extra ausgewiesenem Platz stattfinden. Endspiele. Bei Unentschieden erfolgt ein Elfmeterschießen nach den Regeln der F.I.F.A.
4. Spieldauer. Die Spieldauer der Gruppen- und Endspiele beträgt 1 x 25 Minuten.
5. Spiele. Der Teamleiter meldet seine Mannschaft mindestens 5 Minuten vor Spielbeginn bei der Turnierleitung am Spielplatz an. Pro Spiel können 5 Spieler (einschl. 1 Torwart) von der Spielerliste ein- und ausgewechselt werden. Ein Spielerwechsel ist nur in Spielpausen, nach Anmeldung beim leitenden Sr. erlaubt. Bei der U9 + U11 ist fliegender Wechsel in Spielruhe während des ganzen Spieles erlaubt. Jeder Verein soll ein sich deutlich von den Vereinsfarben unterscheidendes Ersatztrikot mitbringen. Wenn vor Spielbeginn der Schiedsrichter entscheidet, dass die Vereinsfarben der Mannschaften sich zu sehr gleichen, so muss der erstgenannte Verein im Ersatztrikot (Überziehlaibchen) spielen.
6. Disziplinarmaßnahmen. Nach den Regeln der FIFA kann ein Schiedsrichter den Spieler mit einer gelben Karte, 5 Minuten Zeitstrafe oder mit Platzverweis (rote Karte) bestrafen. Eine Reihenfolge der Bestrafung ist nicht vorgegeben. Vom Platz verwiesene Spieler, auch bei Zeitstrafe, dürfen in diesem Spiel nicht ersetzt werden. Ein Spieler der vom Platz verwiesen wurde (rote Karte), ist für das nächste Spiel gesperrt. Die Turnierleitung besitzt die Möglichkeit bei schweren Verstößen nach Rücksprache mit der Turnierkommission (Turnierleiter, Koordinator Euro Sportring, Hauptschiedsrichter) eine längere Spielsperre zu verhängen. Wird ein Spieler vom Feld verwiesen (rote Karte) oder eine Verwarnung, bzw. Zeitstrafe ausgesprochen, wird der Schiedsrichter die Turnierkommission sofort nach dem Spiel darüber in Kenntnis setzen. Alle Berichte bezüglich Fehlverhalten eines Spielers oder Teamleiters werden vom Turnierveranstalter an den nationalen Fußballverband weitergeleitet, der diese Berichte an die zuständigen nationalen Verbände weiterleiten. Bei Gruppenspielen werden alle Ergebnisse einer Mannschaft für ungültig erklärt und sind mit 3:0 verloren, falls: • die betreffende Mannschaft mit einem nicht berechtigten Spieler gespielt hat; • der Schiedsrichter das Spiel wegen einer Mannschaft vorzeitig abbricht • Erscheint eine Mannschaften nicht zum Gruppenspiel oder kommt 10 Minuten zu spät, In den Zwischen- und Endrunden verliert in den oben erwähnten Fällen die betreffende Mannschaft mit 3:0. Einsprüche. Einsprüche in Bezug auf Entscheidungen des Schiedsrichters sind nicht möglich. Einsprüche in Bezug auf andere Angelegenheiten müssen spätestens 15 Minuten nach dem Spiel vom Teamleiter beim Turnierleiter schriftlich eingereicht werden. Der Turnierausschuss entscheidet ebenfalls: Über Angelegenheiten die im Reglement nicht vorgesehen sind. Die Entscheidungen des Turnierausschusses sind bindend.
7. Spielplan. Der Turnierausschuss hat das Recht den Spielplan im Falle von unvorgesehenen Umständen abzuändern.
8. Haftung. Die teilnehmenden Vereine sind selbst verantwortlich für eine angemessene Versicherung der Spieler. Der Veranstalter und Euro-Sportring haften nicht für Personenschaden und Sachbeschädigung bzw. das Abhandenkommen von Besitztümern der Teilnehmer.
Für die Spiele auf dem Kleinfeld (U09, U10, U11) gelten zusätzlich folgend Regelungen:
1. Es wird mit 6 Feldspielern und 1 Torwart gespielt
2. Rückspiel zum Torwart ist erlaubt
3. Es wird ohne Abseitsregel gespielt
4. Ein Abstoß oder Absc hlag darf über die Mittellinie hinaus gespielt werden
5. Der Abstoß muss aus dem Strafraum heraus erfolgen
6. Ein Strafstoß erfolgt aus einer Distanz von 8 Metern
7. Ein Freistoß für die angreifende Mannschaft bzw. ein Schiedsrichterball muss mindestens 5 Meter von der Torlinie entfernt ausgeführt werden.
8. Beim Anstoß sowie bei der Ausführung von Frei stößen und Eckstößen müssen die Spieler/ - innen der gegnerischen Mannschaft mindestens fünf Meter vom Ball entfernt sein.
9. Es dürfen bis zu fünf Spieler in einer Spielunte rbrechung eingewechselt werden. Wiederholtes Ein - und Auswechseln ist gestattet (sog. Rücktausch).
1. Rules All matches shall be played in accordance with the regulations of the 'International Football Association Board' as issued by FIFA and with the rules of the DFB. The above mentioned organizer has the necessary permission to host the tournament from the DFB. In case of translation errors, the tournament rules in German language apply. Official language of the tournament is German. The Tournament organizer will nominate a tournament committee, which will be responsible for all arrangements during the competition. For the categories U9, U10 and U11 playing on the small pitches, there are some additional rules that have to be respected. Referees All matches will be umpired by referees associated to the DFB. Teams Only teams with permission of their national football association are allowed to participate in this tournament. Team leader Each team must be accompanied by an adult team leader/Coach older than 18 years. The name, address and date of birth of this adult have to be mentioned on the player list. The team leader is responsible for the sportsmanlike and fair behavior of his players during the game and on the whole sports facility. The team leader has to be present at any time, when his team is on the sports ground. Categories/Dispensations A player may play in a certain age category if he/she is born on or after January 1st of the year in which this age is reached.
2. Control Before the beginning of each tournament day, the team leader has to hand over a players list to the Tournament administration, on which each player is listed by name, passport number, date of birth and shirt number. Each player must own an official allowance to play or an ID card, which has to be presented on request of the Tournament administration immediately. On each tournament day, these documents will be collected by the tournament administration if necessary.
3. Placing after preliminary rounds The final positions of the teams in the preliminary rounds will be determined by the amount of points attained. The point system applied will be: 3 points for a win, 1 point for a draw, 0 points for a loss. In the case that multiple teams end with the same amount of points, the following ranking will be applied: 1. Goal difference, 2. the most attained goals, 3. the score of the direct match, 4. penalty kicks. Intermediate rounds In case of a draw, there will be a penalty-shootout according to the rules of FIFA. Penalty-shootouts take place on a specific declared pitch. Placing-Finals In case of a draw, there will be a penalty-shootout according to the rules of FIFA.
4. Playing time The playing time of both preliminary matches and finals is set to 1 x 25 minutes.
5. Matches At least 5 minutes before the start of each Match, the team leader has to announce his team at the Tournament administration near the pitch. 5 players (including one goalkeeper) according to the players list can be replaced per game. A player’s replacement, that has been registered and permitted by the referee, is only possible in game-breaks. In the U9, U10, U11 and U12 a quick replacement is permitted during the whole match. Every team is obliged to bring a second choice of contrasting color jersey. If the referee decides before the start of the game, that the jersey colors of both teams are too similar, the former team has to play in its second choice jerseys or wear bibs.
6. Discipline According to FIFA rules, the referee can discipline a player with a yellow card, a 5-minute time penalty or a sending-off (red card).There is no order of penalties specified. Players sent off the pitch, even after a time penalty, may not be replaced in this game and during this time, respectively. A player, who has been sent off the pitch, is suspended for the next game. After consulting the tournament committee (tournament administration, coordination “Euro Sportring”, chief referee), the tournament administration possesses the possibility to impose longer penalties after serious infringements. In case a player is sent off the pitch or is given a caution or time penalty, the referee will inform the tournament committee immediately after the end of the match. The tournament committee will send all misconduct reports of players or team leaders to the team’s national football association so that these reports will reach the responsible national or regional associations. The scores of preliminary matches will be declared invalid in the case of: • The concerning team uses an unauthorized player; • The referee has to abort the game due to the behavior of a team. • If one of the teams does not appear to a match or reaches the pitch 10 minutes delayed, the match will be considered as lost with 0:3. In the intermediate and final rounds the concerning team loses with 0:3 in the cases mentioned above. Protest Protests concerning the decisions of the referee are not allowed. Protests concerning other matters have to be submitted to the tournament administration by the team leader in written form no later than 15 minutes after the match. The tournament committee also makes the decisions in cases that are not foreseen in these tournament rules. The decisions of the tournament committee are final.
7. Schedule The tournament committee has the right to alter the competition schedule in case of unpredictable circumstances.
8. Responsibility All teams are responsible for an adequate insurance of the players. The tournament organizers and Euro-Sportring are not responsible for damages, loss or theft of possessions and equipment of participants or clubs. They are also not responsible for personal harm or injury to participants
For games played on the small pitch (U9, U10, U11), the following rules have to be respected additionally to the general rules:
1. the game is played with 6 outfield players and 1 goalkeeper
2. return play to the goalkeeper is allowed
3. the game is played without the offside rule
4. a goal kick or goal kick may be played beyond the halfway lin
5. the kick must be taken from inside the penalty area
6. a penalty kick is taken from a distance of 8 metre
7. a free kick for the attacking team or a dropped ball must be taken at least 5 metres from the goal line
8. at the kick-off and when taking free kicks and corner kicks, the players of the opposing team must be at least five metres away from the ball.
9. up to five players may be substituted during a stoppage in play. Repeated substitutions are permitted (so-called back substitutions).
